Meet Dr. Siobhan Schabrun, one of our co-leads for Western kNOw-PAIN. She is a professor at the School of Physical Therapy in the Faculty of Health Sciences and the William and Lynne Gray Research Chair in Mobility and Activity here at Western University. She is a translational pain researcher with expertise in musculoskeletal and orofacial pain and experimental techniques including non-invasive brain stimulation to understand pain related neuroplasticity. Her work uses both human pain models and clinical trial/cohort study methodology to investigate clinical pain populations, using research techniques to probe and modulate human neuroplasticity.
